Paola has been in the real estate business since 2007. Paola went to Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Miami then later became a University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor in Science degree in Psychology. She is highly skilled, trained and experienced with having sold many projects and single-family homes in Pinecrest, Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove and Palmetto Bay areas. French Village in Pinecrest, Porto Vecchio in Royal Harbour Yacht Club, Residences at Vizcaya, Villas at Vizcaya, Almeria Row and Harding Oak Grove are some of the projects she has marketed and sold with her team.
Garcia is also very involved in the community and is involved in many charitable organizations. She is very passionate about giving back to her community. Being highly trusted for her integrity and passionate about what she does, she is a leading provider of real estate services in the Miami market.
Paola is a certified luxury home marketing specialist (CLHMS) and part of The Institute’s Million Dollar Guild – she is your luxury home specialist. She is also a certified international property specialist (CIPS) having had many transactions with international buyers and sellers. She has served 3 years as a Council Member in the YPN for the Miami Association of Realtors® and could not be any happier because she loves what she does!
